Day 1: Arrival in Ashgabat
Meet the group at the International Airport of Ashgabat. Transfer to the hotel. Check-in and overnight at “Ak Altyn” 4* hotel.
Day 2: Ashgabat
Ashgabat city sightseeing tour, visiting of the park and monument of Independence, excursion to the National Museum of Turkmenistan, visiting of Arch of Neutrality, and the Old Nisa – the residence of Parthian Kingdom. Drive to Kypchak village to visit the Memorial Complex with Ruhy Mosque. Return to the hotel. O/N.
Day 3: Ashgabat
Excursion to the Horse Farm “Bedew”. Exploring the area and getting ourselves familiar with famous Akhalteke horses. Visiting of the old part of the city and Ertogrul Gazi mosque. Excursion to the Cable Car “Asma Yoly”. Return to the hotel. O/N.
Day 4: Ashgabat
Visiting of Oriental bazaar (so-called “Tolkuchka”) where tourists can buy the original souvenirs and enjoy with variety of colours. The visiting of “Gulistan” market (so-called Russian bazaar), “Altyn Asyr” shopping center near the Russian bazaar - with numerous Turkmen textile shops, good Turkmen carpet store, several national jewelry stores and modern “Berkarar” shopping center. Return to the hotel. O/N.
Day 5: Ashgabat – Departure
Transfer to the Ashgabat city airport for International departure. Farewell. End of the program

Ashgabat is the capital of Turkmenistan. It’s known for its white marble buildings and grandiose national monuments. To the northwest, the sprawling Ruhy Mosque has a vast gilt dome. The central Artogrul Gazi Mosque is modeled on Istanbul’s Blue Mosque. Examples of traditional weaving are displayed at Turkmen Carpet Museum. The Wedding Palace is a series of star-shaped tiers topped by a giant golden globe.
Ashgabat is now an administrative, industrial, transportation, and cultural center. The city has glassworks, carpet-weaving and cotton mills, and metalworking shops. It's spectacular natural setting also made it a center for the filmmaking industry. There are several institutions of higher education, including Turkmen A.M. Gorkii State University (1950) and polytechnic, agricultural, and medical institutes. The Turkmen Academy of Sciences, founded in 1951, includes the unique Institute of Deserts.
