Berkarar hotel is located in national tourist zone of Avaza, overlooks Caspian Sea, have an amazing sea panorama.
The hotel has its own beach and many open-air facilities. Building constructed in the form of a waving flag of Turkmenistan. Hotel accommodates 378 visitors. Hotel has some summer and winter pools, Aqua Park with bar. Conference halls are equipped with all necessary equipment for any type of meetings. Each compartment of a building includes restaurants, bars, Spa and gyms. There are totally 182 apartments.
Avaza Resort is located on the eastern shore of the Caspian Sea in Turkmenistan. Designed to compete with the resorts in Dubai and other regional tourist attractions, the Avaza Resort will soon take its place among the elite resorts of the region.
In the future, more tourist attractions will be built which include a water park, aquarium, go-kart track, golf course, supermarkets, cycle track, dolphinarium, planetarium, a movie theater, amusement park, casinos, a conference center, and an artificial island. Construction is scheduled to be fully completed by 2020, although it is possible to visit and enjoy many of the amenities available today.
