Day 2: Ashgabat – Derveze
Visit to “the Altyn Asyr” Oriental Bazaar. Drive to Dervezevia Yerbent village. Trekking in the desert to the Derveze Gas Craters - the ancient gas recovery field. Arrive at Derveze, explore the old gas craters, first full of water, and second the sulfur - muddy. Leave the road and venture in the desert to see the big fire gas crater. Arrive at site of big fire gas crater. Sightseeing. Setting up the tent camp. Overnight.
Day 3: Derveze – Koneurgench – Dashoguz
Drive to Koneurgench. Visit the monuments of the Ancient Koneurgench State Historical and Architectural Reserve – Mausoleums of Nadjmeddi-ibn-Kubra, Tyurabek-Khanym, SoltanTekesh, and Il-Arslan, Kutlug-Timur Minaret, KyrkMolla Hill. Drive to Dashoguz city. Accommodation in “Uzboy” *** hotel. O/N.
Day 4: Dashoguz – Ashgabat

Konye-Urgench, also known as "Old Urgench" or Urganj, is a city of about 30,000 inhabitants in northern Turkmenistan, just south of its border with Uzbekistan. It is the site of the ancient town of Gurgānj, which contains the ruins of the capital of Khwarazm.
The old town contains a series of monuments mainly from the 11th to 16th centuries, including a mosque, the gates of a caravanserai, fortresses, mausoleums, and a 60-m high minaret. These monuments also demonstrate the evolution of methods of treatment of the inner surface of domes from cellular sails to stalactite those times called “muqarnas” and brought to the highest perfection by local masters.
The best monuments of this city are distinguished by a high degree of decorativeness. They provide prominent examples of classical arabesques in monochrome terra-cotta and the bright colorfulness of enamel.
The monuments testify to outstanding achievements in architecture and craftsmanship whose influence reached Iran and Afghanistan, and later the architecture of the Mogul Empire of 16th-century India.
